Geopresent cell phone tracking solutions are built into the Life Assist, MySpot and Yukon products. We also offer customization of these products to suite individual business needs. The following technologies are used to track the cell phone. a) Network based triangulation - where available. Currently this in only available in Australia on the Telstra and Optus networks. We are working on providing this service in the USA on the Verizon, T-mobile and AT&T networks. b) Cell ID based tracking - this is very rough but does provide approximate location when primary GPS tracking methods are rendedred useless because of no GPS signals. This service is enabled for resellers on a case by case basis. It is available globally on all GSM and CDMA networks. c) GPS - the phone GPS is the primary means of obtaining position. This results in a very accurate position but requires user to have clear access to open sky. All smart phones support GPS. d) A-GPS - assisted GPS is available on all new smart phones. AGPS gets satellite information over the network and therefore cuts down time to fix. AGPS equipped phone do however need access to GPS signals. Our products allows authorized remote user to switch on the GPS, get a position and then switch of the GPS. This information is logged. The user is also informed. All products also have a method to indicate duress and cascade to multiple users. Currently the tracking solutions are available on Blackberry and Nokia smartphones. Android version will be available in 2011. Network based cell tracking based on cell phone network is available on all phones. Satellite phone tracking service is currently under development and we expect the service to be commercially available in latter half of 2011.
